Construction

Frymer Development, a fully licensed California general contractor, provides all construction services for the NMS projects. The Frymer name is well known in the Los Angeles area for their construction of high quality multi-family housing. Frymer provides NMS with a complete range of construction services from pre-construction analysis, value engineering, project management and post completion warranty work. The close relationship between NMS Properties, Inc and Frymer Development enables additional value through efficient and cost effective construction services.

Development

In addition to acquisitions, NMS is a fully integrated development firm with experience in land acquisition, entitlements, project design and project management. NMS focuses on well-located infill residential and mixed-use projects, and has experience with market-rate luxury apartments, inclusionary buildings using affordable incentives and full-affordable buildings throughout Southern California.
