On-Site Senior Property Manager (Santa Monica, CA)

Property management/development company looking for an Onsite Senior Property Manager to manage 238 units, spread over 9 communities. This position also includes the oversight of a property manager that currently lives on site.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all operations, including maintenance, leasing, and administration. This person will also make sure we are maintaining a pleasant relationship with the residents, making sure they have a clean, safe, well maintained community to live in. The Senior Property Manager will also be responsible for ensuring all city, state, and federal affordable housing requirements are followed for each building.
We're looking for someone with 5-10 years of residential property management experience, including a strong supervisory background, experience with the development of policies and procedures, set up of training programs, creation of vendor cost efficiencies, and knowledge of property budgets and bookkeeping.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong comfort level with Microsoft office, be familiar with affordable housing requirements such as Section 8 and city specific housing requirements (income restricted, HUD), and a good working knowledge of property management software, preferably Yardi.
You must be easy to work with, dependable, able to multi task, energetic, and professional. Must be able to coordinate assignments and prioritize efficiently, as priorities are constantly changing.

On-Site Resident Property Manager (San Fernando Valley)
The Property Manager is responsible for all operations of the property, including the maintenance, leasing, administration, and ensuring the property is operated following California Tenant/Landlord law as well as all Fair Housing laws. More importantly, the Property Manager must maintain a pleasant relationship with the residents, making sure they have a clean, safe, well maintained community to live in. 
The successful candidate will effectively create marketing and management programs to maintain optimum occupancy levels, maximize income, increase property value, ensure community maintenance, and must have excellent customer service skills. 
In addition, you should have 4+ years of property management experience, including a strong supervisory background and knowledge of property budgets and bookkeeping. Our ideal candidate will have a strong comfort level with Microsoft office, and a good working knowledge of property management software, such as Yardi, MRI, Skyline, etc.
